- 14:00までのご注文は1営業日、それ以降は2営業日を目安に発送します。 お肉のカットなど加工が必要な商品は、さらに日数をいただく場合があります。Orders placed by 14:00 ship in about 1 business day; after that time, 2 business days. Special meat cuts may take longer, and the available date is shown at checkout.
- 返品・交換についてReturns and exchanges
- 生鮮食品のため、お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けできません。 商品に破損・品違いなどがあった場合は、商品到着後すみやかにご連絡ください。送料は当店が負担いたします。As these are perishable foods, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as you receive it — we cover the shipping for the correction. Details in our return policy.
